Delivery was just over 1hr and 40 minutes despite original estimate of 1hr and 10. Rang to chase delivery when it was 20 minutes late and they didn’t care one bit just saying “sorry we are busy”. They gave a timeline and was 50% than that. Friday night I expect it to be busy and so should they. Give better time estimates and be truthful then I can go elsewhere rather than waiting that long. Poor customer service, poorly managed and don’t care when they get it wrong.
